GBI took several weeks to receive items… I took several weeks to receive items directly from the website. I feel the items would have been delivered sooner if I just would have ordered them from Amazon.

GBI never received the item! I never received the item. I called after waiting for a fairly long time. My order fell through the cracks and the customer service agent told me they were now out of stock for the item I’ve purchased and suggested I try one of their vendors? My order was canceled and I received a prompt refund. Wow! What a total waste of time. I’m a fan of their taco mag pouches and use them exclusively. I use them currently on 3 different chest rigs/plate carriers and 2 gun belts. It’s a shame that the customer service and shipping doesn’t match their quality of design and manufacturing. So, I went with another brand?

GBKydex Slick Tourniquet Taco Very easy to order. Bought the Slick Kydex Tourniquet Taco for my Core plate carrier, it just came today and I installed it right away centered in between two sets of two 9mm long magazine Tacos. Wish I could leave pictures here, it looks fantastic.

GBI ordered OD Green Pads and although… I ordered OD Green Pads and although the package read OD Green both packages were black. I’m very disappointed!
