Beware Beware! If I could give it no stars I would. The drone was not shipped in a box but in a package with bubble wrap and it looked cheap. It was not even the same model that I purchased but something called a faith flight. This thing would not turn on, so I reached out to them and got a blanket response to mail it back and they are not responsible for lost or damaged items. They refuse to pay for returns no matter if they send you a defective product. The address they gave me was an address in China and had a zip code that FedEx said was not valid. Also, to mail back to China would cost nearly as much as the drone. Scam... I wanted to leave a customer review on their website but funny how that is not an option. Interesting how they managed to have stellar reviews when real customers can not leave a review.

If I could give them less than 1 star... If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Seems fishy to me that the positive reviews here for flight elf all say thr same thing and talk about how great the home feature is. When I used it the drone did NOT land anywhere near where it was supposed to. One battery has never worked, never held a charge, wouldn't come on even plugged in. Waiting to hear back from the company and not holding my breath.

We can't wait to use our Flightelf… We can't wait to use our Flightelf drone as our new home is being constructed. There is, in our opinion, no better way to document this wonderful period of our lives. Thank you!

I have not flown it yet but I am very I have not flown it yet but I am very impressed with the quality of the Drone I brought bought several things for it taller legs on landing pad. And customer service was fantastic. We'll have more after flying the Drone.
