Very easy design process Very easy design process, and very quick turn around time. We've ordered four tents the past couple years as we have grown and are very happy. There was an issue with the durability of a couple of the canopies (defective batch). They corrected the problem by sending out new canopies immediately and without any hassle. We will definitely continue to use them, and recommend them to anyone in need of a custom printed EZ up.

The top is very hard to fold and unfold… The top is very hard to fold and unfold because velcro is hanging out every where attracting any and everything. The top goes straight across while the velcro goes at an angle not connecting with anything there were no instructions or video on setting it up or attaching the top. It does not come down smoothly. I had to spray wd40 on it to facilitate getting it down.

Great price, local company and easy to operate As a nonprofit we are on a tight budget and wanted a tent and banner stands that were affordable, easily transportable and simple for multiple users to utilize. Olga was awesome in explaining what would fit our need such that we made the most of our dollars for maximum impact. We are now proud to have our items on display at special events. A good quality pop up tent. A good quality pop up tent. I buy there aluminum frame 10' x 10' pop ups for my rental store, they don't rust so they always look good. Occasionally a customer won't stake it down properly and a leg will get bent, but they are replaceable. They are a good investment.
