I live in Hawaii where we have a hard time getting parts especially for decent prices with fast shipping. Horrible customer service I ordered a water pump for my Komatsu Excavator. I paid for overnight shipping. I never got a confirmation on my order. I called for 2 days and no one returned my call. Finally got an email on the third day after I wanted to cancel my order but just asking to get back to me.

Great Customer Service! Had some difficulties with the website. Contacted customer service. Once I communicated the issues I was having Steven worked through getting my order processed and making sure I got my receipt and all issues resolved. Perfect!
