Customer service can be a little slow, but I suspect that's due to being a busy small business with limited staff, so I'm not marking them down for that. When talking to them, they've always been friendly and professional. I highly recommend them for all of your research needs.

Shenanigans Was given a coupon code, was happy for it. Then it automatically removed itself without notification during checkout. Noticed price change, coupon no longer worked (was within granted time). Inquired about why it would, albeit strongly as that was a pretty big red flag. Denied, banned from site.
