Awesome pedals, even more awesome customer service I ordered the P1 Load Cell. I received them 11 days later. I noticed a screw was missing on the brake pedal. These things happen unfortunately ! I contacted Sim Coaches and they resolved the problem quickly by sending me the missing screw the same day. I had another minor issue where my pedals were not detected correctly on my PC. This was a software issue and Lawrence talked me through the process to get my pedals working again. Despite all of this, I could not be happier with my purchase. These are high quality pedals made by people who care deeply about their customers.

Seriously Good Looking & Performing Pedals I was pretty set on buying Heusinkveld Ultimate pedals to upgrade my Fanatec V3 Inverted pedals I have been using for the past 3 years. I mentioned this to some of my real world race buddies and they told me to check out the home town (Las Vegas) hardware manufacturer Sim Coaches. Lawrence invited me to the shop for a tour and let me try the pedals out on the shop sim. Impressed with the build quality and the performance of the P3 hydraulic pedals, I purchased a set on the spot. The whole crew at Sim Coaches are top notch and are building a great community across the eSports population. I have seen lap time and consistency improvements with these pedals and have recorded the data in spreadsheets I use to test in iRacing. If you are on the fence about purchasing a set of Sim Coaches pedals have no fear! These guys put out a seriously good product and constantly communicate with customers via Discord about improving their product. Look for them to be a major player in the eMotorsports hardware world in short order. Look out Fanatec!

I recently had a lightning strike that cooked all my electronics, I was in need of a new gaming computer and Lawrence and crew took care of everything and it was a complete build which from the time of the order and build I received it in One week . they really do care about there customers. If I could give them 10 stars I would Well where do i begin. My experience with Sim Coaches was amazing. I was hesitate at first because they weren’t a well known name. But after watching sim racing garage’s review I gave a chance and man I don’t regret it. After messaging them and having a great conversation. I ended up ordering my pedals at 11pm est, at 11 am the next morning I had a tracking number from ups. These pedals are top notch quality with the attention to detail very high. The construction is rock solid and have had ZERO issues. Give this company a chance at your business and you’ll be a happy customer just like myself.
