GBShipping label created on the 13th but… Update: They let me know that they had made a mistake and got it shipped out today. Good customer service. Shipping label created on the 13th but item never shipped. Contacted via the support email. Received a quick reply that packages hadn't went out yet and would ship on the 18th. It's now the 19th and still does not show that it has been shipped. Hard to review an item I have yet to receive.

Only Thing I Didn't Expect Was Them Sending It Through UPS Which Charged Brokerage Fee Of $107.00 Which Is Ridiculous. Website Charged Us Shipping Of $24.50 And Expected To Pay HST Duties At Border Crossing But Did Not Expect $107.00 Custom Brokerage Fee. Very Disappointed . Supplier Should Explain And Give Shipping Options . Brokerage Fee Of $107.00 On A $400.00 Tool Is A Joke.
