Quality lenses, American Made There was an immediate difference in clarity with my new Reloptix lenses in place in the Quest 3. From sharp to crystal clear in the snap of a lens. Just like last time I'm happy to spend a little extra and wait a little longer for American made.

Money well spent Initially I chose Reloptix because they really answered all the questions I had right on their web page. This was something I found lacking with other vendors. I wear progressives and have found that fitting new lenses can be a bit of a pain sometimes. Some vendors get it right the first time, others do not. This is the first Rx VR lens kit I have ever purchased so I did have a little angst about how it was going to work out. Well these people got it right the first time. I sent them my prescription and they produced a first class product that works. Money well spent. Also, their communication during the waiting period, about production and shipping timelines, was spot on and 5 star. These people know what they are doing and I have no hesitation in recommending their services to all. Thanks team.

Asked for more money 1 week after purchase Like the title says 1 week after I had ordered my lenses I recieved an email asking me to pay additional fees. I tried to respond saying it isnt right to request more money after point of sales but the service rep "Jason S" replied telling me that normally they wouldve simply cancelled my order while referring me to their right to refuse service. I tried to reason further and was told that I can look elsewhere or pay up as a "brick and mortar company would be charging more money. Im very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service.

I can see clearly now, and so can you!!!!! My lens prescription is difficult to fill due to the strong correction required, and the lab matched it to perfection with these lenses!!!! The quality is beyond anything I expected. Sharp as a tack. Superb clarity. And no more ghosting/reflections now that I don't have to wear my glasses! What a difference! I wish I had ordered these years ago! You will not be disappointed!
