Great support and quality I recently wanted aviator sunglasses with lined bifocal. I clicked too quickly and accidentally ordered lineless which make me dizzy. Payne Support gave me credit after retuning them and found a way for their lab to take a clear set off glasses then tint them. It worked and I quickly got the glasses I wanted. I’ve previously ordered other glasses from them and the quality is superior to some of the cheaper brands but still an excellent value. I’m very happy with service, price, selection, support, and quality of the glasses I’ve ordered.

Color me SOLD on Payne Glasses I've been ordering glasses from Payne since 2019. Best thing I ever did. I was leery ordering online for high index, progressive lenses. Color me sold! Fraction of the price I had always paid and the lenses are better quality.

Glasses for myself Since my first pair of glasses the company has by far the best prices and fast service. If you have any problems they are very helpful in solving your needs. Would definitely recommend this company hands down.

Customer Service and the glasses are wonderful. I had a problem with my lenses, due to my own error in ordering. I hadn’t paid for the additional warranty because I had never had any problems with the glasses I’d ordered previously. (I’ve been ordering from Payne for several years already.) I contact Customer Service and they made a one-time exception for me. I received full credit and ordered a replacement pair that were perfect. I received them today. I’m very happy with Payne Glasses and have recommended them to all my friends!

Great Experience I ordered three frames from Payne - just frames - and was EXTREMELY pleased. They looked JUST like the images on site. They were packaged very carefully, wrapped in a cloth, then a small soft bag, then inside a case, and packed in a perfectly fitting small corrugated plastic box. I got them quickly - less than a week - and most of all they were HUNDREDS cheaper than the frames at the Eye Dr office.
