Painting never arrived Ordered my Wife's birthday present in late November. Her birthday was December 3rd 2021. Now its January 5, 2022. The painting was finished on 12/13/2021. I still don't have my painting and the tracking number shows it has not shipped. I don't care about getting money back I just want the painting that ended up costing me over $500.

Jaw dropping! This is by far the best gift to give someone and it’s worth the wait. I ordered a painting back in November knowing it would take time because you have someone taking their time to make something so beautiful for whomever you’re wanting to give it too. The communication from Sophia was great, she kept me up to date on everything. When I received the portrait, I was so happy because it looks identical to the photo I sent them but they made it lighter (pictures from a couple years ago have that dark/low quality). This is an above and beyond type of customer service. Thank You so much!

I LOVE our Dreamspainter painting!!! The entire process was simple with incredible results. Out of over 1200 pictures from my wedding, I couldn’t fine ONE that I loved - someone was blinking, someone wasn’t smiling, the kids were looking in opposite directions, the wind blew my hair across my face…it was just really hard to find a good picture of all of us. Dreamspainter fixed all that and the result was perfect! I uploaded eight or nine pictures and they were able to take the best pieces of each individual photo and put them all together into the perfect family photo. They sent a proof and I was able to make a few adjustments before the painting was finalized and it was completed so quickly. I LOVE our painting.

Saw this on tiktok as a last minute…reaction priceless Saw this on tiktok as a last minute Christmas idea for my wife. Dreamspainter team was very communicative and the painting is amazing, you can’t even tell it’s a painting from without looking at it closely. We received it after Christmas due to weather, and when my wife opened up the packaging, her first words out of her mouth were “oh cool, you got our the kids’ Christmas picture blown up.” I told her “no that’s a painting of it.” When I told her that her mouth dropped and she cried. Needless to say I’ve been telling people at my work about it and have given them dreamspainter information and I’ll mostly likely do something like this again.

I have been scammed out of my deposit… I have been scammed out of my deposit with no additional contact and my order not fulfilled! I contact repeatedly and no one will respond. Do not trust nor buy from this company!
