Avoid this company at all costs. If the return policy is "flexible and accommodating" then why do you only offer us a 15% refund? If you stand by the quality of your products you obviously wouldn't have the cost to return / ship the product outweigh the refund. You also responded at 1 am central time, it's obvious this is just a Chinese knockoff scam company.

I installed one of these lights in our… I installed one of these lights in our bedroom and another in our toddler son's room. They provide excellent lighting and look quite nice once assembled. However, assembly required more effort than I anticipated, particularly when wrapping the skeleton for the shade. Mine came with a dual-colored light feature, alternating between soft off-white and fluorescent white each time it's turned on and off. While it's a cool feature, we mainly use the soft lighting option.
