It’s also much brighter than I anticipated - which I love, it’s a bonus - so installing a dimmer was a good idea (I bought the dimmer separately.). Gorgeous, modern, low-profile chandelier A chandelier that's perfect for our location: The minimalist design does not obstruct views from our windows. The range of light is excellent, from dimmest to brightest settings. After reading some reviews, I was nervous that installation would be a nightmare, but my husband and a friend had no problem. Also, very grateful to another reviewer who emphasized using care to avoid tangling wires. This was good advice because we didn't get around to installing the fixture for several months. Very pleased with product, but there is a downside: This fixture is one of those new LED types where bulbs cannot be replaced; that is, when the lights fail, the entire fixture needs to be replaced. I did not realize this when we purchased it. The good news is that the lights should last during our lifetime, but I'm dismayed that such "throwaway" fixtures are even being manufactured. And this chandelier was NOT cheap! For this reason, I am giving the product a 4-star rating instead of 5.

Never Got a Shipping Notice EDIT: I found the shipping notice in my Spam folder. It turns out not knowing my products were shipped was Yahoo's fault, not Vonn's. The online experience was fine, and my products arrive when I expected them to. My only complaint was that I never received any notification that they shipped (like it said I would when I placed my order). I didn't know when they would arrive or by what carrier. We were going to be gone for a few days and I had to impose on neighbors to keep an eye out for our package to be delivered.
