My EB-66 Elint is AWESOME !!! My EB-66 Elint is AWESOME !!! I just received it today and it is a welcome addition to my collection. Although it is my 17th plane it is #1 today. Factory direct is a great company to do business with i have ordered several Models from them and I am well pleased with all of them. Stephen C

They took 9 months to do it wrong. I placed the order for a Lancair with: -the ACTUAL 3-views from the POH -the ACTUAL paint design from Scheme Designers -the EXACT IMRON paint codes All in the first email. Nobody could do a more complete, thoughtful, and perfect placement of the order. Despite this, presumably because they are just a front for the actual work being done in Malaysia, they took NINE MONTHS to deliver the model, and, after COUNTLESS emails trying to explain the paint colors to them because they had no concept of an IMRON paint code, I had to refuse the first attempt due to them getting the colors all wrong and labelling it as (I'm not making this up) a TBM-850 on the stand. I answered my emails to them promptly, but they still blamed me for taking NINE MONTHS to deliver the model. I run a small business, and I don't farm out my work to the cheapest, slowest bidder, and then blame the customer when my suppliers drop the ball.
