Some of the best customer experiences I've ever had I had something pretty unique and specific in mind for my wedding, my wife would be in a black dress and I wanted something black, but still had some flair. Tried a few places in North America, where I live, but the prices were out of my price range. I finally stumbled upon Andre Emilio and they had the tux I wanted, so I sent them an email. Despite being in Pakistan, they responded to my questions almost instantly. There are North American companies I was willing to give money to I'm still waiting for response on, yet this team half way around the world got back to me in no time. Not only that every single dumb request or question I had was answered literally the next day by the time I woke up. The silliest request was asking for more tuxedo materials so that we could make a tux for my dog, who was our ring bearer. And literally the next morning I woke up with a personalized page on their site for me that had the suit and extra materials for the dog's suit. Seriously top-notch quality and customer experience. And on the wedding, I received many compliments, and looked and felt great.

Order of suits and delivery in time all over the World via DHL I ordered my weeding suit blue navy at Andre Emilio last February 2023. And after sent my sizing form, i received my order ( jacket with trousers and accessoires in time form Lahore to Douala (Cameroon). I really appreciate to work with them. Serious and professional. Wedding suit fits great, be sure to order ahead of time I have ordered a custom suit from this shop. Communication went easily through WhatsApp. The manager was very attentive to my needs. The delay was not respected, unfortunately, as I was given a date that was delayed almost 10 days from the original date. But, I had taken some margin, so wasn’t penalized. When receiving the order, two shirts were missing. I was told the transporter had them taken, but they weren’t on the package description, so I think this was an error from their side. They weren’t very clear on what exactly happened. Anyway, they sent me another pair of shirts with an extra shirt for the inconvenience. Which was greatly appreciated. You can go ahead and order a suit from them, they are professional and great tailors. Please ensure you have some time margin to avoid any delay or surprise.
