CA5 stars for the product itself 5 stars for the product itself, but 3 stars to the courier company. This is my second time purchasing a Naturechlor HOCl generator. It is well built and performs perfectly. I now have the naturechlorMax and the regular naturechlor. If you are looking to make your own electolyzed water, i would definitely recommend either one. The purchase process was smooth and the items were shipped out almost immediately. As it was an international purchase, I did have some issues with the courier service the company chose (UPS). The courier ended up losing the parcel and tried to bully me into using their broker services at a very high cost. However I hope Controlomatic will take into consideration adding US Postal service as a logistics choice to the purchaser as opposed to a courier company.
