Great for busy moms or busy people who want to improve their health Prior to taking the supplements, I experienced a great deal of fatigue which normally peaked around 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Despite going to bed when my children did around 8 p.m., I felt exhausted throughout the day. After a couple of weeks of taking Ellement AM and PM supplements daily, I have notice a definite change wherein I haven't experienced these bouts of major fatigue or days where I literally fall asleep at my desk. Another change I noticed further on (roughly 3-4 weeks in), my skin improved. Other than these health improvements, the convenience and portability of these packettes are a key component of Ellement supplements and how they fit well into my life. I have two little ones under 5 and it is like a three-ring-circus trying to get everyone fed, dressed, and out the door in the morning. I really like this product I really like this product. The best part I would have to say is taking it twice a day because you don't pack all the vitamins in one pill. When I had my first child I took one pill and I would be sick constantly. But when I took these I never got sick. I also have so much more energy. This product is great!
