Needs a score of 0! Needs a score of 0! Sent the wrong fabric after a 5 week delay. I returned the fabric. Since then the company will not respond in any way. NO ANSWER ON PHONE NO CHAT RESPONSE NO ANSWER TO MULTIPLE EMAILS. All I want is proof that they issued the refund that they said they processed in January.

It's been a few years since I purchased… It's been a few years since I purchased the red velvet fabric but was truly satisfied. Very good quality and reasonably priced. I definitely know where I'll return to when in need of more heavy fabric. Keep up the good work!!!

Never again In the process now of trying to find out where my order is I will be disputing the transaction if i don't hear from them TOMORROW!..UPS SAYS LABEL CREATED BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE ORDER.
