I had an issue with billing I had an issue with billing. I got a reply within hours from one of their reps via telephone. He explained that they would adjust my account accordingly. Again I got emails to confirm our conversation. I can't express my thanks enough. Excellent customer service.

So wish I had tried this first So wish I had tried this first! Tried many over the counter pesticides but it was just a waste of money. But, not only do these folks make a very effective pesticide, their customer service is fantastic and I have been in retail for 20 years. Thanks again
