Love it and the team Gainful is the first and only supplement I've ever tried because I started working out 5 days a week. I enjoy the protein powder after a workout! The team is also super great. Always responding fast and positively to any questions or concerns I may have. They also do live events where they talk about Gainful products which has been helpful. Thanks!

Best proteins on the market! I hated all the protein powders I’ve tried until i found Gainful! First, the fact that the proteins are customized to fit your personal goals is amazing. Secondly, the taste is by far the best I’ve ever tried and I’m really picky. It’s awesome that you can add flavor boosters on the side and that the protein itself is unflavored so you can put it in anything you prepare. The flavor boosters taste really good compared to other flavored proteins on the market that are usually undrinkable in my opinion. Finally, the access to a nutritionist and the possibility to retake the quiz whenever you want is truly great. These proteins are just the best option in my opinion. Maybe a bit expensive, but 100% worth it. I’ll might consider trying other products like preworkouts in the future. Thank you Gainful!!:)

Transparent with ingredients and the… Transparent with ingredients and the products available to you. The support was very fast at answering my signup questions, and I love the product so far! It does educate you a bit about what you're getting, why it's custom to you, and how best to take the supplements. I was able to quickly increase the amount received to meet the number of shakes I take in a day. Excited to try this out, instead of worrying about picking out and ordering my protein and collagen every month.

Terrible experience with trying to… Terrible experience with trying to reach them. I clearly remember looking to try it and selecting one time option. I just got charged for my second order (apparently I chose subscription), no way to reach them to stop the order (phone is constantly busy, chat is not active). I don’t like the taste of the products, don’t use them in such qtts therefor did not intend to be a subscriber. Disputing the charge through my credit card. Sham tactics getting you into subscription!!!

Their shipping time is horrendous Their shipping time is horrendous. They claim 4-7 business days. I will be at 9 business days since ordering (12 days total). I have requested a refund or discount and they offer absolutely nothing. I’ll have to buy another protein in the meantime just because they send their items via snail mail.
