GBThe pre-workout has no crash… The pre-workout has no crash and provides a lot of energy and the beta-A tingle is sufficient. I opted out of creatine in my pre-workout and just ordered their creatine and I add it to my protein shakes and pre-workout and it works perfect. The protein powder is the only protein shake I’ve ever tasted that isn’t chalky or just gross. Cookies and cream and cinnamon toast are the flavors I got and they taste amazing with 8oz of water (no more than 8oz or it is too watered down). Overall 5 stars and well worth the purchase!

GBObsessed with their hydration product I ordered the lemon lime hydration product and it's my new favorite way to hydrate. I wasn't drinking enough water throughout my day, because frankly, I think water alone is boring. The lemon line flavoring was super good and I've probably doubled my daily water intake since purchasing from Gainful. Highly recommend!

GBI love the ability to customize the size of the flavor boosts. I love the ability to customize the flavors. I get sick of having to stick to a whole canister of one flavor so the flavors boosts are genius. The unflavored powder also allows me to sneak protein into a lot of other foods. I tend to use 2 flavor boosts per shake but I also use about 1.5-2 scoops of protein. Maybe creating an XL flavor boost with double the powder could be an idea for those of us that go big with our shakes! Or little cannisters with their own scoop.

GBLove it and the team Gainful is the first and only supplement I've ever tried because I started working out 5 days a week. I enjoy the protein powder after a workout! The team is also super great. Always responding fast and positively to any questions or concerns I may have. They also do live events where they talk about Gainful products which has been helpful. Thanks!

GBFALSE LABELING of PROTEIN POWDER FALSE LABELING of PROTEIN POWDER. Each scoop holds 30% less protein than claimed. They include a scoop in each bag. Bag label says one scoop gives you 24 g protein, and that there are 14 scoops in a bag. However, there are 18 scoops in each bag, so you are only getting 16.8 g of protein per scoop. For 7 months, they've sabotaged my goals by reducing my protein by 30%. If they can't get something as simple as buying the correct sized scoop to put in their bags, this calls into question ALL OF THEIR OTHER CLAIMS about their product's nutrients and ingredients. Good: Customer Service has been good these past 7 mos. Due to the flavor packets, the taste is better than other protein powders I've used over the past 10 years. I haven't had any stomach discomfort or bloating. Unfortunately, I need to achieve my goals which require accurate and truthful information, so these positives can't overcome their utter failure in labeling.
