Love it and the team Gainful is the first and only supplement I've ever tried because I started working out 5 days a week. I enjoy the protein powder after a workout! The team is also super great. Their shipping time is horrendous Their shipping time is horrendous. They claim 4-7 business days. I will be at 9 business days since ordering (12 days total). I have requested a refund or discount and they offer absolutely nothing. I’ll have to buy another protein in the meantime just because they send their items via snail mail.

Great Protein that is made specifically… Great Protein that is made specifically for your goals. The caffeine free watermelon pre workout is great too, gives me a good pump without being all whacked out from too much caffeine. Customer service is spot on. Definitely recommend this company.

It's about lifestyle changes I've been using Gainful since February 2022. I would highly recommend. It does not have a chalky taste, and mixes well with my almond milk. I have a shake mixed with Gainful's fiber and collagen every morning to start my day and it keeps me full until lunch. After lunch a strawberry lemonade hydration pack to prepare me for that evenings workout. Even with the caffeine level I don't feel jittery, just energized. Combine Gainful with proper diet and exercise, I've lost 48lbs since I started Gainful.

Great stuff! Love that there is a Registered Dietician you can easily reach out to with any questions. The personalized protein is fantastic, and I enjoy being able to swap between flavors. I also don't have to worry about having a huge tub I have to go through before trying a new flavor, and I can opt to skip a month if I haven't been as diligent in my workouts for a while.
