It's about lifestyle changes I've been using Gainful since February 2022. I would highly recommend. It does not have a chalky taste, and mixes well with my almond milk. I have a shake mixed with Gainful's fiber and collagen every morning to start my day and it keeps me full until lunch. After lunch a strawberry lemonade hydration pack to prepare me for that evenings workout. Even with the caffeine level I don't feel jittery, just energized. Combine Gainful with proper diet and exercise, I've lost 48lbs since I started Gainful.

Not your AVERAGE protein powder I haven’t even RECIEVED my protein powder yet but I’m throughly impressed by the attention given to their customers. It’s a whole different experience than just buying any brand protein powder GAINFUL reached out to me to let me know they have dietician’s to assist me with questions over diet or exercise going forward this is on top of custom preparing your own protein powder. Love the products and people working there! I've never found other protein powder mixes particularly tasty, but everything I've tried at Gainful has been delicious and smooth. I enjoy the subtle flavor of the mixes alone as they are (usually with soy or coconut milk), but sometimes like to play with a flavor boost. I also have a sensitive gut and I'm very pleased this does not upset it. The folks at Gainful are also super friendly and helpful! Very, very happy with my experience.

It does educate you a bit about what you're getting, why it's custom to you, and how best to take the supplements. I was able to quickly increase the amount received to meet the number of shakes I take in a day. Excited to try this out, instead of worrying about picking out and ordering my protein and collagen every month.

Obsessed with their hydration product I ordered the lemon lime hydration product and it's my new favorite way to hydrate. I wasn't drinking enough water throughout my day, because frankly, I think water alone is boring. The lemon line flavoring was super good and I've probably doubled my daily water intake since purchasing from Gainful. Highly recommend!
