Obsessed with their hydration product I ordered the lemon lime hydration product and it's my new favorite way to hydrate. I wasn't drinking enough water throughout my day, because frankly, I think water alone is boring. The lemon line flavoring was super good and I've probably doubled my daily water intake since purchasing from Gainful. Highly recommend!

Great stuff! Love that there is a Registered Dietician you can easily reach out to with any questions. The personalized protein is fantastic, and I enjoy being able to swap between flavors. I also don't have to worry about having a huge tub I have to go through before trying a new flavor, and I can opt to skip a month if I haven't been as diligent in my workouts for a while.

It does educate you a bit about what you're getting, why it's custom to you, and how best to take the supplements. I was able to quickly increase the amount received to meet the number of shakes I take in a day. Excited to try this out, instead of worrying about picking out and ordering my protein and collagen every month.

Amazing products!!! INCREDIBLE products! It’s difficult to find delicious, clean, plant-based protein options in my area. I love that flavors can be switched up with each new drink! Sham Decent tasting, fine product. Absolutely not actually personalized. The "quiz" gathers extremely base information about you and your diet, along with a couple questions about your goals. But in the end, you get one of just a few pre-made blends of supplements. There's no semblance of biometric personalization or any other science to it. It really is "what protein can you ingest? Plant or animal?" Honestly, if you already know the answer to this, you don't need this service in the least. Zero percent worth the cost. Save yourself time and money and just go buy protein mix from your local grocery store.
