They give you a bogus tracking number and then when you reach out say the address that you gave was incomplete and to reconfirm it. However, if you check the address you gave is right and this is a bid to buy more time so you wait till the 30 days and actually get nothing. They pocket the money and you are not entitled to any refund as the 30 days expire. Utterly disappointed. Utterly disappointed. Unless the law has changed without me knowing it, I have a statutory right to a refund within 28 days of purchase. Hell, I don't even want a refund. I just want to change what I've received for a smaller size. Three emails later and they still haven't replied.

I paid for 3 t-shirts...they didn't deliver… Designs look cool. I Paid for 3 t-shirts...they never arrived....got a couple of apologies from the company but no practical help to solve the problem and no refund.

BEWARE--TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY I bought a hat from rhythm and it did not fit my head. I decided to return it (assuming there would be free returns as with most brands). Unfortunately, this brand does not reimburse for shipping or have a remotely user-friendly return process (you have to email them and wait a few days for someone to email you back). The shipping cost from the US to Australia (where the company is based) would have been more expensive than the hat itself so I decided to donate it.
