This is a scam (Product never arrived, refund process if diligent on contacting them aggressively) This is a scam, I purchased Jan 18 and they sent a tracking but stopped Jan 28, until now (Feb 11) I haven't received any package or response to emails and FB messenger. I can send screenshot and emails. Update: March 6, they refunded me after messaging them both in FB and email numerous times in different dates, I have not received the shipment, they have a different tracking info than what they give you, it does not match. It looks like product coming from China, I though in California as that's the address they claim. I don't know the legitimacy of this but any food product coming from International is a hit and miss as our US Postal check it or confiscate.

The hype is real…This Japanese made collagen is the best. Girl if you reading this you need this product. After using this product for 3 months I can confidently say that it has greatly improved my fine lines and thinning hair issue.I have struggled with this for the past few years. I have exterminated with cheaper and lesser products in the past but omono is the real deal if I must say it’s the best on the market. Omono delivers real results. I highly recommend to partner with them to enhance your overall skin health and well being and you won’t regret it in long term.

Cheers for such a amazing product As someone who has been conscious about taking care of their skin. I was disappointed to notice the appearance of dry lines. My complexion started to look dull and tired. However, since switching to Omono I have experienced very good . Not only has it reduced the appearance of lines,but it has also made me feel healthier overall. I have even received praises despite not using foundation on some days. Though some people may find it expensive. I believe it is a more affordable alternative to fillers and surgery.

ZERO If I could a zero, I would. Worst customer service ever. Placed order Sept 2nd and close to 2 months, still haven't received my purchase. Never sent me a tracking number, and when I asked for it, the tracking number provided has been pending forever. Kept promising it'll be delivered in a few days. Their hotline is unprofessional because it sounds like a personal phone. Nobody picks up and it goes straight to voicemail.

I still have not received my order… I still have not received my order 16438 or refund. If you will study the reviews, this company began having trouble in October, when it appears to have been moved to Hong Kong. Has anyone received an order since October? Their website is active and still accepting orders, but the site is now run by Hong Kong. Any advice?
