REDEFINES your average collagen… REDEFINES your average collagen products! As a skeptic of collagen products, I have tried several in the past and found them to be overhyped and underwhelming. However, Omono has REALLY impressed me and the people behind I have really correct information of ingredients. Firstly, it is really easy to integrate into your daily routine. secondly, its taste is delightful. And thirdly, I noticed a remarkable improvement in my skin after just two weeks of using it. I ordered a box from them a month ago… I ordered a box from them a month ago and still have not received it. I tried calling them, but it just seemed fishy since no one answered even though they said that the customer service hotline was open 24/7. I didn't get any recorded message identifying that it was the company, but just an automated recording saying to please leave a message. I contacted them by email two weeks agao, but no response. Also, when I received a shipping notification, it was from Hong Kong and once I clicked on the tracking number, it said that my item was "Not Found." I paid through Paypal and the transaction receipt showed that my payment was sent to Hong Kong. The website is misleading since it says that it is a Japanese company and made it seem that it's being shipped directly from Japan, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I am surprised by the other rave reviews that I have read before submitting mine. I am wondering if these reviews are all fabricated by the company. In my experience, this seems like a total scam. Shame on me for falling for it.

This company/product seems to not exist… This company/product seems to not exist anymore. No Answer from Emails, Phone and FB msg. Placed order and didn’t receive any confirmation or tracking #. Checked IG and FB it has the same comment everybody is looking for their order including myself. Been calling the customer service but seems to be a regular phone number kept ringing and straight to voicemail. As much as i love this product we/i also need our/my money back.

The hype is real…This Japanese made collagen is the best. Girl if you reading this you need this product.
