The Real Deal For a while now, I've been on the hunt for a skincare regime that yields the most optimal results. After seeing their ad appearing on my Facebook feed, I was compelled to try Omono. Reading positive reviews cemented this decision., and I can honestly say it's one of the best choices I've ever made. I knew instantly that it would become a permanent part of my routine. If you are seeking visible improvements and a boost in self-confidence, Omono can without a doubt make a difference. I've seen significant changes in my skin, with fine lines and rough patches noticeably reduced. My skin now feels incredibly smooth. They also sent me a discount code for my return purchase, which is nice and helps with the costs. I wholeheartedly suggest that women in their late 20s to early 30s begin using this product- you'll appreciate the noticeable results. I can't give this product anything less than a full five stars.

Scaling and Customer Service This company appears to have scaling problems. It was like pulling teeth to get a return authorization and a month after they received my return (I have tracking) they STILL have not refunded me. I keep getting "sorry for the delay due to high volume" BS. Unless you're SURE you'll be keeping this product, skip this company.

This company/product seems to not exist… This company/product seems to not exist anymore. No Answer from Emails, Phone and FB msg. Placed order and didn’t receive any confirmation or tracking #. Checked IG and FB it has the same comment everybody is looking for their order including myself. Been calling the customer service but seems to be a regular phone number kept ringing and straight to voicemail. As much as i love this product we/i also need our/my money back.

ZERO If I could a zero, I would. Worst customer service ever. Placed order Sept 2nd and close to 2 months, still haven't received my purchase. Never sent me a tracking number, and when I asked for it, the tracking number provided has been pending forever. Kept promising it'll be delivered in a few days. Their hotline is unprofessional because it sounds like a personal phone. Nobody picks up and it goes straight to voicemail.

I did a lot of research before buying… I did a lot of research before buying this because it definitely isn't cheap. I selected their 60-day course to give it a try, which I felt was a reasonable timeframe to see whether or not it worked. After my first week, I noticed I was waking up feeling fresher and less dull. Now, I'm almost done with the two boxes, my hair seems to be growing faster, and my complexion is moisturized and even has a little shine to it. I like mixing my sachets with hot beverages because it does help them dissolve faster.
