I did a lot of research before buying… I did a lot of research before buying this because it definitely isn't cheap. I selected their 60-day course to give it a try, which I felt was a reasonable timeframe to see whether or not it worked. After my first week, I noticed I was waking up feeling fresher and less dull. Now, I'm almost done with the two boxes, my hair seems to be growing faster, and my complexion is moisturized and even has a little shine to it. I like mixing my sachets with hot beverages because it does help them dissolve faster.

This company/product seems to not exist… This company/product seems to not exist anymore. No Answer from Emails, Phone and FB msg. Placed order and didn’t receive any confirmation or tracking #. Checked IG and FB it has the same comment everybody is looking for their order including myself. Been calling the customer service but seems to be a regular phone number kept ringing and straight to voicemail. As much as i love this product we/i also need our/my money back.

Good Stuff! I noticed a remarkable improvement in my skin. My fine lines and wrinkles were significantly reduced. Not only did my face look more youthful but my friends and family have remarked on how much brighter and healthier I appear. Good stuff and I'll put on auto ship to receive the product continuously.

This is a scam (Product never arrived, refund process if diligent on contacting them aggressively) This is a scam, I purchased Jan 18 and they sent a tracking but stopped Jan 28, until now (Feb 11) I haven't received any package or response to emails and FB messenger. I can send screenshot and emails. Update: March 6, they refunded me after messaging them both in FB and email numerous times in different dates, I have not received the shipment, they have a different tracking info than what they give you, it does not match. It looks like product coming from China, I though in California as that's the address they claim. I don't know the legitimacy of this but any food product coming from International is a hit and miss as our US Postal check it or confiscate.

I ordered a box from them a month ago… I ordered a box from them a month ago and still have not received it. I tried calling them, but it just seemed fishy since no one answered even though they said that the customer service hotline was open 24/7. I didn't get any recorded message identifying that it was the company, but just an automated recording saying to please leave a message. I contacted them by email two weeks agao, but no response. Also, when I received a shipping notification, it was from Hong Kong and once I clicked on the tracking number, it said that my item was "Not Found." I paid through Paypal and the transaction receipt showed that my payment was sent to Hong Kong. The website is misleading since it says that it is a Japanese company and made it seem that it's being shipped directly from Japan, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I am surprised by the other rave reviews that I have read before submitting mine. I am wondering if these reviews are all fabricated by the company. In my experience, this seems like a total scam. Shame on me for falling for it.
