GBZERO If I could a zero, I would. Worst customer service ever. Placed order Sept 2nd and close to 2 months, still haven't received my purchase. Never sent me a tracking number, and when I asked for it, the tracking number provided has been pending forever. Kept promising it'll be delivered in a few days. Their hotline is unprofessional because it sounds like a personal phone. Nobody picks up and it goes straight to voicemail.

GBScaling and Customer Service This company appears to have scaling problems. It was like pulling teeth to get a return authorization and a month after they received my return (I have tracking) they STILL have not refunded me. I keep getting "sorry for the delay due to high volume" BS. Unless you're SURE you'll be keeping this product, skip this company.

GBI had an averge experience with… I had an averge experience with omonocare.com. Nothging special to talk about. Nothing terible either. Sort of middle of the line expeience. Site navigation is just finne. It doesn't do anything overly special that blows my mind but I guess it fulfills it's purpuse of getting things done. Nothing really stands out in the best or wrost way. Kinda fades away in the backround and gets its job done. I wouldn't reccomend, but I wouldn't say no. It's just regular and average.

GBI ordered a box from them a month ago… I ordered a box from them a month ago and still have not received it. I tried calling them, but it just seemed fishy since no one answered even though they said that the customer service hotline was open 24/7. I didn't get any recorded message identifying that it was the company, but just an automated recording saying to please leave a message. I contacted them by email two weeks agao, but no response. Also, when I received a shipping notification, it was from Hong Kong and once I clicked on the tracking number, it said that my item was "Not Found." I paid through Paypal and the transaction receipt showed that my payment was sent to Hong Kong. The website is misleading since it says that it is a Japanese company and made it seem that it's being shipped directly from Japan, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I am surprised by the other rave reviews that I have read before submitting mine. I am wondering if these reviews are all fabricated by the company. In my experience, this seems like a total scam. Shame on me for falling for it.

GBGood Stuff! I noticed a remarkable improvement in my skin. My fine lines and wrinkles were significantly reduced. Not only did my face look more youthful but my friends and family have remarked on how much brighter and healthier I appear. Good stuff and I'll put on auto ship to receive the product continuously.
