GBI'm almost through my second box I'm almost through my second box. It wasn't until a friend I hadn't seen in a few months commented on how my skin was "glowing" that I realized the improvement. GBI did a lot of research before buying… I did a lot of research before buying this because it definitely isn't cheap. I selected their 60-day course to give it a try, which I felt was a reasonable timeframe to see whether or not it worked. After my first week, I noticed I was waking up feeling fresher and less dull. Now, I'm almost done with the two boxes, my hair seems to be growing faster, and my complexion is moisturized and even has a little shine to it. I like mixing my sachets with hot beverages because it does help them dissolve faster.

GBThe hype is real…This Japanese made collagen is the best. Girl if you reading this you need this product. After using this product for 3 months I can confidently say that it has greatly improved my fine lines and thinning hair issue.I have struggled with this for the past few years. GBZERO If I could a zero, I would. Worst customer service ever. Placed order Sept 2nd and close to 2 months, still haven't received my purchase. Never sent me a tracking number, and when I asked for it, the tracking number provided has been pending forever. Kept promising it'll be delivered in a few days. Their hotline is unprofessional because it sounds like a personal phone. Nobody picks up and it goes straight to voicemail.

GBI still have not received my order… I still have not received my order 16438 or refund. If you will study the reviews, this company began having trouble in October, when it appears to have been moved to Hong Kong. Has anyone received an order since October? Their website is active and still accepting orders, but the site is now run by Hong Kong. Any advice?
