Scaling and Customer Service This company appears to have scaling problems. It was like pulling teeth to get a return authorization and a month after they received my return (I have tracking) they STILL have not refunded me. I keep getting "sorry for the delay due to high volume" BS. Unless you're SURE you'll be keeping this product, skip this company.

ZERO If I could a zero, I would. Worst customer service ever. Placed order Sept 2nd and close to 2 months, still haven't received my purchase. Never sent me a tracking number, and when I asked for it, the tracking number provided has been pending forever. Kept promising it'll be delivered in a few days. Their hotline is unprofessional because it sounds like a personal phone. Nobody picks up and it goes straight to voicemail.

This company/product seems to not exist… This company/product seems to not exist anymore. No Answer from Emails, Phone and FB msg. Placed order and didn’t receive any confirmation or tracking #. Checked IG and FB it has the same comment everybody is looking for their order including myself. Been calling the customer service but seems to be a regular phone number kept ringing and straight to voicemail. As much as i love this product we/i also need our/my money back.

The hype is real…This Japanese made collagen is the best. Girl if you reading this you need this product. After using this product for 3 months I can confidently say that it has greatly improved my fine lines and thinning hair issue.I have struggled with this for the past few years. I have exterminated with cheaper and lesser products in the past but omono is the real deal if I must say it’s the best on the market. Omono delivers real results. I ordered a box from them a month ago… I ordered a box from them a month ago and still have not received it. I tried calling them, but it just seemed fishy since no one answered even though they said that the customer service hotline was open 24/7. I didn't get any recorded message identifying that it was the company, but just an automated recording saying to please leave a message. I contacted them by email two weeks agao, but no response. Also, when I received a shipping notification, it was from Hong Kong and once I clicked on the tracking number, it said that my item was "Not Found." I paid through Paypal and the transaction receipt showed that my payment was sent to Hong Kong. The website is misleading since it says that it is a Japanese company and made it seem that it's being shipped directly from Japan, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I am surprised by the other rave reviews that I have read before submitting mine. I am wondering if these reviews are all fabricated by the company. In my experience, this seems like a total scam. Shame on me for falling for it.
