GBThis company/product seems to not exist… This company/product seems to not exist anymore. No Answer from Emails, Phone and FB msg. Placed order and didn’t receive any confirmation or tracking #. Checked IG and FB it has the same comment everybody is looking for their order including myself. Been calling the customer service but seems to be a regular phone number kept ringing and straight to voicemail. As much as i love this product we/i also need our/my money back.

GBGood Stuff! I noticed a remarkable improvement in my skin. My fine lines and wrinkles were significantly reduced. GBI ordered a box from them a month ago… I ordered a box from them a month ago and still have not received it. I tried calling them, but it just seemed fishy since no one answered even though they said that the customer service hotline was open 24/7. I didn't get any recorded message identifying that it was the company, but just an automated recording saying to please leave a message. I contacted them by email two weeks agao, but no response. Also, when I received a shipping notification, it was from Hong Kong and once I clicked on the tracking number, it said that my item was "Not Found." I paid through Paypal and the transaction receipt showed that my payment was sent to Hong Kong. The website is misleading since it says that it is a Japanese company and made it seem that it's being shipped directly from Japan, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I am surprised by the other rave reviews that I have read before submitting mine. I am wondering if these reviews are all fabricated by the company. In my experience, this seems like a total scam. Shame on me for falling for it.

GBI still have not received my order… I still have not received my order 16438 or refund. If you will study the reviews, this company began having trouble in October, when it appears to have been moved to Hong Kong. Has anyone received an order since October? Their website is active and still accepting orders, but the site is now run by Hong Kong. Any advice?
