Site navigation is just finne. It doesn't do anything overly special that blows my mind but I guess it fulfills it's purpuse of getting things done. I selected their 60-day course to give it a try, which I felt was a reasonable timeframe to see whether or not it worked. After my first week, I noticed I was waking up feeling fresher and less dull.
