Wonderful customer experience! Wonderful customer experience from the buying process till the delivery and I love my Biofires products! so cool and stylish in my terrace!

I recently bought a cylinder ethanol… I recently bought a cylinder ethanol fire which is stunning to look at. A week after using for a short time noticed scorched marks which has resulted in very noticeable damage. I contacted Biofires for advice who closed my enquiry down advising I must be an airflow problem & that I could consider buying oven paint from B&Q to spray the area. I would have been more than willing to sort something out although due to very poor/shocking customer service I am seeking to take this further. AVOID.

One happy new home owner … Being a new home owner we wanted to bring some warmth to our living room. I always knew I wanted a fire place but not a real one as I have babies that are about to start walking. I looked on Biofires website, I instantly knew from what I saw that this was the company i wanted to use.
