GBNot great customer service Received a call to confirm delivery but only part of the delivery arrived when it was supposed to. Couldn’t get an answer when rang so messaged on social media to chase up where the missing items were, no response even though they read my messages. Shocking customer service and not great first impression as first time customer

GBOne happy new home owner … Being a new home owner we wanted to bring some warmth to our living room. I always knew I wanted a fire place but not a real one as I have babies that are about to start walking. I looked on Biofires website, I instantly knew from what I saw that this was the company i wanted to use. From the minute we entered the shop we were greeted with such professionalism and knowledge, the experience was so enjoyable from beginning to end.
