GBI recently bought a cylinder ethanol… I recently bought a cylinder ethanol fire which is stunning to look at. A week after using for a short time noticed scorched marks which has resulted in very noticeable damage. I contacted Biofires for advice who closed my enquiry down advising I must be an airflow problem & that I could consider buying oven paint from B&Q to spray the area. I would have been more than willing to sort something out although due to very poor/shocking customer service I am seeking to take this further. AVOID.

GBNot great customer service Received a call to confirm delivery but only part of the delivery arrived when it was supposed to. Couldn’t get an answer when rang so messaged on social media to chase up where the missing items were, no response even though they read my messages. Shocking customer service and not great first impression as first time customer

GBOne happy new home owner … Being a new home owner we wanted to bring some warmth to our living room.
