I could not order the glasses I wanted… I could not order the glasses I wanted because customer service said rimless frames don't come in progressive lenses. Then why advertise it????

Really disappointed in what I received. Really disappointed in what I received. 20 days after placing my order I got a package with one pair of glasses with no magnification . I had ordered a diopter of1.75 for two pairs as part of a BOGO deal. I have contacted Koalaeye to initiate a return but have not received any response.

Legit Was a little skeptical by how cheap the glasses were, and was fully prepared to eat the cost and receive something bad or nothing at all. They came through as promised. They are based in China, so it takes a while to arrive as expected. But overall I was satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend this site to others.

I loved the glasses! I loved the glasses. Unfortunately, I couldn't comply with my part of the terms of our collaboration. I caught covid, had surgery, and was in and out of the hospital for a while. I absolutely loved the pair I selected. the quality was amazing and the prescription was perfect. I lost the glasses traveling a few months back and I totally miss them. Will order a new pair as soon as I get my new prescription.

I ordered Readers and they made them… I ordered Readers and they made them for distance. I have sent two emails asking them to remake correctly but have not received a response so I ordered elsewhere.
