Terrible - no communication what so ever...please avoid!! Ordered a fire place, when it arrived the fireplace was damaged/chipped and the actual fire is made a distressing noise when we plugged it in. Have followed the complaints/returns process and have emailed 4 times, contacted them via facebook and had no reponse to any of them other than auto response some one will contact you shortly. Have had to raise it with Credit Card compnay and trading standards

Be aware you might get the fire from someone else +POSTAGE Did a lot of looking on line for a nice flame effect and good price stainless steel electric fire, found one called ECO 1060,looked good. Ordered it waited 2 days no fire? sent 2 e- mails no response, eventually got a answer it was coming from their supplier. Thought that was strange but got a mail from a company in Dorset that made the fires for Lowcostfireplaces. When it arrived it was a "Lulworth" led fire same as l ordered but 5days late and a different name, so now l can look for a "Lulworth" led fire on-line and find l could have got it from Screwfix 3mins walk from my house with no delivery charge, same fire that came from a 3rd party , all I'm saying is that if the fire was advertised with LCF as a LULWORTH I could have saved around £22 and got the fire quicker and locally.

Fireplace not working My fireplace has recently stopped working three years after buying. I have emailed the company twice asking for advice on how to fix the issue but they haven't responded.

Anyone looking for a good quality… Anyone looking for a good quality product and customer service that is second to none look no further as this company is so accommodating and will do there absolute best to make sure you get what’s needed and paid for. We have had an absolute nightmare with our current project and had to change things on more than one occasion and low cost fireplaces have been absolutely brilliant every time I feel Gillian has done a fantastic job and really helped us in every way possible Please do your research as fireplaces are not a cheap item to change but if you decide to please make sure you stick with low cost as they truly are amazing Kev. Great customer service Needed a new fireplace to match my new furniture ,so I chose Low cost fireplaces ,I'm so glad I did ,I chose the levan but really wanted a grey back panel and hearth ,no problem low cost fireplaces did this for me ,I'm absolutely delighted with my new fireplace ,very good quality ,great price ,and excellent service throughout ,once ordered I had my fireplace within 7 days ,I would hesitate buying from them again and I definitely recommend them
