GBDo not use this company for clothing Do not use this company for clothing. Originally, I was having custom hoodies made for my business. When I received samples months later,,the dye job was horrible,, the fabric was horrible, the cut was horrible and the smell was horrible. They make you pay in advance and WILL NOT give you your money back when they can not do a decent job. So, not wanting to just waste my money switched the order to WHITE T-SHIRTS. AFTER over a year going back and forth with this incompetent company, I approved a sample. I mean, how hard can a t-shirt with black writing be? No custom tags/labels I was promised. Approved the sample. Then many MONTHS LATER I received t-shirts that are nothing like the sample they provided. Worst company to do business with. Also, they are absolutely not a U.S. manufacturer. They are out Pakistan or India with no representation here. BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

GBPerfect Clothing Manufacturer in USA I usually don't review for any companies in trust pilot. But Zega Apparel is something amazing, and I can't explain right now because they have a lot of customization options from fabric selections to cut and sew and much more. They do a great job, and their customer support service is also good, but to be honest, sometimes they are busy too deal with other clients, so I think they should make it fast to communicate with their clients ASAP. I like to work with Zega apparel. They are the best in business for sure.

GBScam company Would give zero stars if possible. What happened: I was trying to have a prototype made for a start-up clothing brand. I found a company named Zega Apparel. I went with them because their minimum order quantity was only 50 pieces. I paid $350 (via Paypal) for the tech pack. The tech pack went pretty well. After the tech pack was finalized, they said to proceed to bulk production they need $1100 via wire payment before any prototype could be delivered. I asked if they could take credit card or PayPal and they replied no (even though they clearly can take PayPal as mentioned above). I was wary at this point, but the communication and tech pack had gone well, and I didn’t have any reason to believe they were going to scam me. Once I sent the wire, that was the last time I've had a positive experience with this company. When it came time to have the prototype made, they delivered nowhere near what I was asking (wrong color, size, material, button, and zippers, to include poor stitching, and it smelled like moth balls). They also advertise a 2-week turnaround time. I received the first prototype on 4 June 23 (~2 months after the wire). I expressed my distaste with the first prototype and asked for a refund. They refused to refund the money but assured me that they would fix it. I gave them another chance. The second prototype was received on 23 August (~2 more months). The color was closer, but the size, material, button, zipper, and stitching were all still wrong and of poor quality. I let them know yet again that I wanted a refund, but they refused to give me one. They have been reported to the FTC. Do not use this company!!!!!!!

GBMy expertise with Zega apparel went… My expertise with Zega apparel went great. I was in search of a custom clothing manufacturer who could help with the custom manufacturing of aprons for my brand. I had a detailed session where I described my design to them, and their Customer services and manufacturing team helped me a lot. I also asked them to create delicate and professional packaging for my brand, and I was surprised to have my order properly packed with stunning packaging. Although the delivery was a little late, I didn't expect it to be late. But I guess the excellent quality of the apron can compensate for that. Nice work

GBCourt Order Avoided ... Haven't filled order Haven't refunded The company couldn't get my samples correct. It has been over 2 years and I still have nothing by way of a product from them, yet they refused to refund my money. They later agreed to make something else. Still after over a year in delayed communication because of their reaponse time and always being on holiday or someone out of the office, I still have nothing. I took case to small claims because they are registered business in Wyoming, however they are in another country in reality. Court documents were recieced and were signed for by registered agent of company, and the Judge rendered judgment in my favor. However, ZegaApparel representatives, nor anyone on their legal team will now respond to the judgment and pay what has been ordered. The last representative (Mark Stellar via email) stated that they have no court order and are terminating direct communication and will have legal team contact me. It's been over a month (at initial time of this review) now and no one has contacted me to resolve and follow the order. Basically $730 have been taken from me and they are not being accountable at all. Later on I've seen that this has happened to a few people, these negative reviews get lost.
