I had an ordinery experience with… I had an ordinery experience with bestchinesemedicines.com recently. It was almost good but not quite. The website was easy to navigate and had a fair bit of info about the products offered so it was fairly easy to select the right one. The prices were OK, not hugely expensive but not overly cheap either. Customer service was also quite decent. They were friendly and responsed in a timely manner. On the whole, the service was alright but could be improce if they had better pricing plans.

My experience with Best Chinese… My experience with Best Chinese Medicine has been a work in progress. I’m still determining if at all these products are working. I’m trying different formulas to see any changes are responsible for any health changes. Still under review!

Great customer service with hard to find product My aussie with cancer was prescribed this medicine by his internal medicine doctor. I believe it helped prolong his life with his lack of platelets. The customer service dept was excellent with the orders arriving much sooner than stated. If we need this herb again, I will definitely buy from this site again.

The prices too,in my opinion are very good, and often,there is a discount. The effectiveness of the various formulas,based on ancient TCM ( Traditional Chinese Medicine) in my opinion, has been applied in just manner. shipped to wrong address even though i put in the correct address to send it to you sent it to my address not the shipping address which cost me $4 additional to ship to the correct address... i'm not happy and my patient had to wait for an extra week for their herb
