GBGreat customer service with hard to find product My aussie with cancer was prescribed this medicine by his internal medicine doctor. I believe it helped prolong his life with his lack of platelets. The customer service dept was excellent with the orders arriving much sooner than stated. If we need this herb again, I will definitely buy from this site again.

GBI had an ordinery experience with… I had an ordinery experience with bestchinesemedicines.com recently. It was almost good but not quite. The website was easy to navigate and had a fair bit of info about the products offered so it was fairly easy to select the right one. The prices were OK, not hugely expensive but not overly cheap either. Customer service was also quite decent. They were friendly and responsed in a timely manner. On the whole, the service was alright but could be improce if they had better pricing plans.

GBYunnan Baiyou A vet friend suggested that I it the Yunnan Baiyou and keep it with me, as I have old, frail skin and bleed a lot when I bump into something. Had the opportunity to try it out yesterday when I was out and about and tore some skin off my knee. It worked great. Clotted the blood and I was able to continue with what I was doing.

AUWould not recommend. Very disappointed. My last order was taking way longer than expected, so I contacted the company. I received a very poor reply from the owner saying they are not liable once the package has left their possession. The support was very poor. Many companies would follow this up with their chosen carrier as part of their customer service. The owner ignored some emails, very impersonal and often generic responses often about their shipping policy. I find their shipping policy does not protect the consumer. I asked numerous times for the required information to file an online enquiry with the carrier company to find out what was happening with my order. The owner said she was willing to send the information however she did not send all the required information including their contact number. I was unable to file an online enquiry with carrier company due to my package not being sent via the described service on their website and invoice as Priority International Mail. I made an international call to the carrier company where they advised me the cost of postage was only $26.44 as it was sent via First Class International Mail (which was also displayed on the tracking). I paid $89 which should have been for Priority shipping. Following this information, I checked previous tracking on orders and found a few packages that were sent via the cheaper price option. This has been happening over the years while have been buying from them. I find this very unethical. It took 2 months to finally receive my parcel. It caused a lot of stress especially how extremely important the product is (for my dog with cancer) and the cost of the order. I feel extremely disappointed on the response of the owner as I received absolutely no support from her especially when I have been a loyal paying customer for years spending a lot of money with them. Based on the very poor customer service and postage charges I would not recommend this company.
