AUWould not recommend. Very disappointed. My last order was taking way longer than expected, so I contacted the company. I received a very poor reply from the owner saying they are not liable once the package has left their possession. The support was very poor. Many companies would follow this up with their chosen carrier as part of their customer service. The owner ignored some emails, very impersonal and often generic responses often about their shipping policy. I find their shipping policy does not protect the consumer. I asked numerous times for the required information to file an online enquiry with the carrier company to find out what was happening with my order. The owner said she was willing to send the information however she did not send all the required information including their contact number. I was unable to file an online enquiry with carrier company due to my package not being sent via the described service on their website and invoice as Priority International Mail. I made an international call to the carrier company where they advised me the cost of postage was only $26.44 as it was sent via First Class International Mail (which was also displayed on the tracking). I paid $89 which should have been for Priority shipping. Following this information, I checked previous tracking on orders and found a few packages that were sent via the cheaper price option. This has been happening over the years while have been buying from them. I find this very unethical. It took 2 months to finally receive my parcel. It caused a lot of stress especially how extremely important the product is (for my dog with cancer) and the cost of the order. I feel extremely disappointed on the response of the owner as I received absolutely no support from her especially when I have been a loyal paying customer for years spending a lot of money with them. Based on the very poor customer service and postage charges I would not recommend this company.

GBI had an ordaniry experience with… I had an ordaniry experience with bestchinesemedicines.com. They are averafe although they tried a lot. The service was okay but nothing to mention specially. It was quite vareige. May be beter than expeced.Didn't faced any problme whiel using this. Averafe. Nothing spectaculare. I recommend you to give them a spin.

GBTWO months and counting It has now been about two months since we started the medicine for my 10 year old dog with a liver tumor --- again internally I don't know what is going on but she is still with me and both vets ( emergency and regular) that she saw have told me to continue with them. Her still being here- is to me -a miracle and worth every penny.

GBYunnan Baiyao Yunnan Baiyao has literally saved my dogs life! Our dog was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma in September 2020 and given a few months to live. Our doggie oncologist suggested Turkey Tail and Yunnan Baiyao. She has been given both of these religiously and is still with us two years later.
