Quality products at a great price My dog was diagnosed with cancer over a year ago. He was lethargic and in pain I was introduced to the Yunnan Baiyao Capsules (Jiaonang) at that time by my vet. Ever since starting use he seems to have gained energy and is in less pain. While we need to keep on top of it it’s certainly better than the alternative.

The website was easy to navigate and had a fair bit of info about the products offered so it was fairly easy to select the right one. The prices were OK, not hugely expensive but not overly cheap either. Customer service was also quite decent. They were friendly and responsed in a timely manner. On the whole, the service was alright but could be improce if they had better pricing plans.

Don't waste your money on expedited shipping Don't waste your money on expedited shipping. It all arrives the same time. They will prepare a USPS label which sends you a message that the item has shipped but in reality they are using their internal postage meter. It has not shipped until USPS receives the package.

TWO months and counting It has now been about two months since we started the medicine for my 10 year old dog with a liver tumor --- again internally I don't know what is going on but she is still with me and both vets ( emergency and regular) that she saw have told me to continue with them. Her still being here- is to me -a miracle and worth every penny.
