The website was easy to navigate and had a fair bit of info about the products offered so it was fairly easy to select the right one. The prices were OK, not hugely expensive but not overly cheap either. Customer service was also quite decent. They were friendly and responsed in a timely manner. On the whole, the service was alright but could be improce if they had better pricing plans.

The Yunnan Baiyo has made a huge difference in my dog! Medicine arrived with 5 business days, as promised with expedited shipping. I am thrilled with the Yunnan Baiyo my vet suggested! Not only did it stop all my dog's bleeding within 3 days (she has a progressing bladder tumor), but her peeing is back to normal--from before she ever had symptoms in August of last year! You wouldn't even know anything was wrong with her! She no longer has accidents in the house (as long as I let her out to pee every 4 hours or so), and I no longer have to put diapers on her, even overnight, unless I have to be gone from the house for more than 4 hours. She pees normally now when we walk or I let her out. Before the herb, she was straining to pee and taking anywhere from 30-60 seconds to actually get some pee to come out.
