I was in search of an avarage pet store… I was in search of an avarage pet store and came accross Birds4U. It provides a decent variety of birds, reptiles and amimals. I ordered a small portion of feed for my pet and I recieved it in a reisponsive manner. I find the items to be of a satisfactory quality. I had some doubts at first, but it turrned out that the overall impression from the company was ordinary. Thhe employees were communicatre and very helpful. I have nun complians aboutt this site and I would say it is ok to doe business with.

Absolutely awful Absolutely awful. Only cash payments and try to make excuses over not giving receipts. We bought a 4 month old Indian Ringneck which died 2 weeks later! Tried to blame us for a small cage yet we were recommended it from their staff! Then tried saying IRN parrots weren't for new owners yet we have owned birds for years. Had we seen the bad reviews, we wouldn't have come there! The bird was happy, eating/drinking plenty and playing with toys, next morning it was dead. Do not recommend, only cash grabbers.

I brought two birds from this place 5… I brought two birds from this place 5 days ago . My parrots died in three days 12 hours apart from each other. My children are still crying. The whole family is upset over the loss. I was told they were 5 months old but they were 4 weeks old. They died from avian flu. I went down to the shop today, there were two dead birds in the cages and Nadeem (owner) came and put the dead bird in the feeding bowl. The place is mouldy , dirty , and cold. I have contacted and provided information to pdsa, trading standards and the omudsman. I went on pets for homes. The owner and his family have plastered ads every where with different numbers. I rang one of the number and an Asian lady said they have 300 parrots and two locations in the uk and that delivery is no problem. When department don't take notice , this what happens. I brought a pair of birds from birds4u… I brought a pair of birds from birds4u and one died within four day so I rang the the bloke to tell him and he told me to ring back the next day so I did and the day after that for three day. Then finally he said for me to pay for an autopsy on the bird before they would do anything,I would NEVER buy a bird from there again
