I purchased the Hudway Drive with the side and rear camera system. It took some time to receive my product, but Hudway kept me informed about any production delays. I am pleased with my purchase and would not hesitate to make another purchase from this company

ZASame story as everyone else here Same story as everyone else here. Ordered in November 2022 and still waiting.... Have been asking for a refund for months and they are simply not processing them. Have complained to Better Business Bureau and will keep complaining online so others don't get scammed too. Scam scam scam

GBScam- No product, no refund Like many reviews here, this company is a scam. When you write an email, they open a ticket so they can ignore it. If you call, you get routed to the answering machine. My mistake was giving them time to deliver what they didn't while passing the threshold to report the issue to the bank. I did my research and looked at the product performance, I didn't think the product didn't exist.

GBGood product. - great support I have been a supporter since Hudway first started up - and have two head units - one in each of my cars. The concept is an excellent one - and, when it works correctly, really helps my ability to drive safely. Regrettably, I have has issues with both of the units I own. In one case intermittent power faults and the other a connectivity issue. It's important to note that Hudway stood by their product and have replaced both units - and that this is why they have received a good rating from me. The small team have reacted quickly to my queries and worked hard to troubleshoot the problems before sending out replacements. The replacement units are now functioning correctly and reliably. I really miss the display when I'm driving a car that isn't equipped with a Hudway. I'm putting the initial problems down to a bad early batch. You never know the quality of a company until you run into a snag - this is where the Hudway team shine - they made sure they did everything in their power to get things fixed or replaced as soon as possible. I would recommend Hudway without hesitation.
