I also bought because of the money back guarantee but see now, from other clients, that it is impossible to get this because they want a certificate to prove we followed protocol. What??? This is nonsense and I believe against EU law. If a product does not work, the supplier is legally obliged to refund. I caved and I did buy more but this is the last chance. I even have a garden where it is almost impossible for moles to get in because 80% of the access is surrounded by buildings or a 5m sheer drop stone wall. Anyway, let's see how I get on this time and if it doesn't work, that will be 5 bags I bought, total 2500 pellets and 149.50€ plus postage to France. At the moment, I am not confident.
