I bought two battle beaver controller… I bought two battle beaver controller for my ps5 & both of my controllers didn’t last for a year. The first controller I got one of the back buttons started not working & so I bought another one. My second one only lasted 2 months & the face button sometimes doesn’t work. My trigger buttons gets stuck & I got the mouse triggers. I really liked battle beaver because you can change the locations on the back buttons. Not all controller company’s have that. But now I have to search for another company that allows you to change the locations on your back button. I really hope battle beaver hires guy that actually know how to build these controller or at least take their time on building these controllers because these controllers are not cheap. But I was also shocked that battle beaver had 2.5 stars if I saw this earlier I would’ve never bought from this company.

This company's customers service and… This company's customers service and return policy are absolutely terrible. I returned my fully functional device because I simply was not satisfied with the product. They refunded me 60 dollars less than what I paid for the controller. The buttons placed awkwardly on the back. I would never recommend this company to anyone EVER.

I've bought 2 controllers (ps5 and ps4)… I've bought 2 controllers (ps5 and ps4) from BB and both broke within a few weeks of use. I had the 30day warranty on one and the extended 120day warranty on the other. both had stick drift after about a month. Ps4 had a rear button and face button stop working all together and the Ps5 L2 smart trigger couldn't actuate. I had gently used the Ps5 controller over the first 2 months and finally sent it in to get fixed. The worst part of the whole experience was that in the 6 WEEKS it took to have the ps5 controller fixed the warranty was still being counted so when I got the controller back and the issue persisted after a little more than a week of play. I tried to get a full replacement and was denied because the 120day were up. Complete BS just bend me over next time you want to F me BBC.

Stick drift After a couple months of use the right analog stick started to drift, making it unusable. There is a very limited warranty and a long waiting queue. Also you have to pay shipment yourself. I didnt buy any modification for the analog sticks, so i assume they use a bad batch of DS4's (because its cheaper for them ofc) to 'modify' and then sell it.

I bought a controller on september 2023… I bought a controller on september 2023 with which i was very happy untill recently. The back button stopped functioning well and i reached out to Battle Beaver to get it fixed. I had to pay repair costs and shipping fee which would add up to ~€70 for a €110 controller. Very unfortunate to have to pay such costs for a controller which isn't even half a year old.
