5 stars I’ve bought a few controllers with battle beaver. Yes the wait time is long but it’s well worth it, I’ll never use a different controller. Customer service replies to emails in a timely fashion. All around 10/10. Always recommend to a friend.

Would rate zero if I could Would rate zero if I could. $400 controller started drifting after 4 months, no warranty, shipped me defective parts, charged me a fortune to ship it to Canada, haven't heard from them yet, but definitely not expecting them to do anything. That seems to be their style. Save your money buy 5 normal ps5 controllers and you'll be way happier, and also get a year warranty with each one.

With Battle Beaver you will be faced with 3 month wait for delivery, rude customer service who make it known they really don't care about your custom and a controller that continuously stops working along with additional months wait for repairs. Honestly, do yourself a favour and AVOID Battle Beavers!
