Better than going to a store! The representative who helped me was knowledgeable in the products. They were much more knowledgeable than going to the local chain nutritional store. Though you pay for delivery, it's worth the 2-3 days for the quality of USANA products. I only learned recently how nutritional compare. It's good to know that USANA follows pharmaceutical standards.
