GBonline process for ordering The online process for ordering was great, but I do not recommend buying their dry mouth products because the two that I have purchased have been a huge disappointment.

GBWould Reorder Again There was a delay between the order and the acknowledgement, so I contacted them by email to see if they got it, and they said yes. Then I heard nothing, so I emailed that if I didn't receive a shipping notice that I would cancel the order. Guess w/the Pandemic they were short handed; otherwise, they were nice to do business with.

GBThey sent the wrong item...They were… They sent the wrong item...They were great, because they sent "supposedly" the right item, and it ended up being the same item, that they had previously sent.....
