The lady called to tell me that your… The lady called to tell me that your company no longer carries the product that I ordered and that she had already refunded my money. I thought that was exellent customer service.

Didn’t send all the flavors listed in… Didn’t send all the flavors listed in the variety sample pack. Instead sent mostly cherry.

They were not able to fill my request… They were not able to fill my request due to lack of ingredients. They took my name and will contact me as soon as this product is available.

I didn’t receive my order when you… I didn’t receive my order when you reached out to see how things were going. They apologized and sent it out. I got it 2 or 3 days later. Appreciate the follow through!
