Definitely recommend for vegetarians! I've been taking the vegetarian multivitamin for several months now. It complements the nutrition I'm getting from my food and has made it so that I don't have to worry about taking a variety of supplements for anything I may be missing from my diet. Definitely would recommend it!

Glad I gave Aylorien a shot I’ve been a vegetarian for 3 years now, and it has been so challenging to find a great product that makes me feel completely replenished.
