I have LOVED every aspect about… I have LOVED every aspect about Release…. The coaches are awesome…. The accountability is just what I needed to change my habits and change my mindset around my health! I don’t like all the gimmicks of all the weight loss programs out there and this cut through all of that to make it about my health and wellness- I’m sleeping better, my joints aren’t in pain….
