Only Good Nights Sleep Since From the minute we entered the store, we knew that we’d be taken care of in finding the right type of mattress to fit our needs. My partner and I both have different preferences (one of us likes a firmer mattress and the other more pillowy). The individual who helped us with our decision wasn’t pushy and carefully explained the pros and cons of each mattress we were debating. As part of our buying journey, we left snd went to a few more shops but kept thinking specifically about the service and care we received. Ultimately that made all the difference in the world and we’re extremely happy with our decision to get the model and size that we did.

Integrity Matters…… We found Rick and his store by looking at reviews. They were impressive so we decided to give them a try. The reviews were right. Rick and his team are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We talked through a lot of different options and ultimately settled on their new Back Science 2 model. After a few weeks we realized we had made a mistake and chosen a bed that was too firm for us. Rick sent out his team and they were able to easily switch out a layer that made the bed much more comfortable for us. Now, when we are away from home, no other bed compares to our comfy bed at home. Just knowing that Rick and his team will work with us without hesitation in any capacity that we may need also gives us peace of mind and helps us rest easy. This was a big purchase for us so getting it right was important. I feel blessed that we found Rick and his Back Science beds. Integrity matters and they have it.
