GBConvenience and courtesy I had piles of paper to shred in my apt on the 3rd floor and I didn’t know how I was going to get I’ll downstairs but the awesome gentleman came up to my apt and got it all for me. That was the best thing he could for me. I had 2 large bins of paper and he got it all.

GBHuge Letdown! When I scheduled with the customer support person, I requested a phone call or text to alert me when the driver was on the way to my office. Well that didn't happen so the driver left. I called ProShred office to let them know the situation and was told that the driver went to his next stop but would come back that day. Well that didn't happen either. So my experience with ProShred was really bad. I would NOT recommend using them.
