David brought samples to my client's residence so I could select new slings. Dimas was very patient with scheduling, and kept pushing back delivery to give construction more time. Good service and a quick turnaround.

GBI like the results of your work & enjoy… I like the results of your work & enjoy my “new again” patio furniture! Better communication would help to keep your customers updated on when furniture will be finished & update the delivery date. Calls were not returned several times when I called. I realize & know you do other work, but a phone call should be returned even if I am not a commercial customer.

GBFurniture levelers added without… Furniture levelers added without request Levelers we added to table and all five chairs without out requesting them and without any surcharge. Also added a thumbscrew to the umbrella holder to keep the umbrella in place. It was a pleasant surprise to see these missing pieces had been addressed by Allied without request, making everything look and function like brand new.

GBI was shocked that the Company forgot… I was shocked that the Company forgot to inform me that the fabric did not come in for months . I called weekly to check on order and they kept telling me the items were in production when the fabric wasnt even there. I have done business in the past and my experiences were good. They could have made up for it when I had 2 more pieces there to complete it but it was not rushed to make things better but still waiting for the remainder to e completed.
