GBI SO appreciate all the ‘ease’ taken… I SO appreciate all the ‘ease’ taken with getting my outdoor furniture powder coated! Allied made it so easy, the process only took me personally less than an hour total! Making the order, being there for pick up, being there for delivery! Simple! GBFurniture levelers added without… Furniture levelers added without request Levelers we added to table and all five chairs without out requesting them and without any surcharge. Also added a thumbscrew to the umbrella holder to keep the umbrella in place. It was a pleasant surprise to see these missing pieces had been addressed by Allied without request, making everything look and function like brand new.

GBToo Long for Turnaround: It took too long for my pieces to be… It took too long for my pieces to be returned. There was some searching for pieces and a piece was missing. I sent other items to be powder coated, and I had the same problem again. The gentleman who picked up and delivered the furniture was extremely professional.

GBI would have given a 5 star but was… I would have given a 5 star but was disappointed in the color selection for powder coated chairs. I wanted just a regular dark matte gray but I had to go with black that doesnt really match by dining table outside. I was not asking for an unusual color. Great customer service from the initial sales man - David Wycoff, to the staff at the warehouse to the delivery process. Kudos to management for hiring great people. Would definitely use Allied Powder again! The furniture turned out beautiful.

GBThe quality of work was excellent The quality of work was excellent. Delivery time was as anticipated. Unfortunately the table and chair were delivered to the wrong site. With the wrong address was put into Google maps or Google maps changed. It is hard to say. They were able to discover where it was sent and it was delivered the next day. not sure where the fault lies, but somebody fell asleep on the job somewhere
