GBToo Long for Turnaround: It took too long for my pieces to be… It took too long for my pieces to be returned. There was some searching for pieces and a piece was missing. I sent other items to be powder coated, and I had the same problem again. The gentleman who picked up and delivered the furniture was extremely professional.

David brought samples to my client's residence so I could select new slings. Dimas was very patient with scheduling, and kept pushing back delivery to give construction more time. GBI would have given a 5 star but was… I would have given a 5 star but was disappointed in the color selection for powder coated chairs. I wanted just a regular dark matte gray but I had to go with black that doesnt really match by dining table outside. I was not asking for an unusual color. Great customer service from the initial sales man - David Wycoff, to the staff at the warehouse to the delivery process. Kudos to management for hiring great people. Would definitely use Allied Powder again! The furniture turned out beautiful.
