GBThe quality of work was excellent The quality of work was excellent. Delivery time was as anticipated. Unfortunately the table and chair were delivered to the wrong site. With the wrong address was put into Google maps or Google maps changed. It is hard to say. They were able to discover where it was sent and it was delivered the next day. not sure where the fault lies, but somebody fell asleep on the job somewhere

EEDimas was attentive to our needs… Dimas was attentive to our needs (especially delivery) and the guys (and maybe gals) did a great job on the furniture. Would highly recommend, enough so to put a tabletop card promoting them on one of the tables they refinished at the Sugar Land backyard garden tour.

GBGreat communication and customer… Great communication and customer service! Everyone at Allied was very helpful and friendly. David brought samples to my client's residence so I could select new slings. Dimas was very patient with scheduling, and kept pushing back delivery to give construction more time. Good service and a quick turnaround.

GBEverything was easy Everything was easy. From getting our items delivered to and from Allied. They repaired and replaced and coated. Every piece looks brand new. They looked over each item to ensure it was properly restored. Would highly recommend them!

GBI was shocked that the Company forgot… I was shocked that the Company forgot to inform me that the fabric did not come in for months . I called weekly to check on order and they kept telling me the items were in production when the fabric wasnt even there. I have done business in the past and my experiences were good. They could have made up for it when I had 2 more pieces there to complete it but it was not rushed to make things better but still waiting for the remainder to e completed.
