GBI was shocked that the Company forgot… I was shocked that the Company forgot to inform me that the fabric did not come in for months . I called weekly to check on order and they kept telling me the items were in production when the fabric wasnt even there. I have done business in the past and my experiences were good. They could have made up for it when I had 2 more pieces there to complete it but it was not rushed to make things better but still waiting for the remainder to e completed.

GBGreat communication and customer… Great communication and customer service! Everyone at Allied was very helpful and friendly. David brought samples to my client's residence so I could select new slings. Dimas was very patient with scheduling, and kept pushing back delivery to give construction more time. Good service and a quick turnaround.

GBI would have given a 5 star but was… I would have given a 5 star but was disappointed in the color selection for powder coated chairs. I wanted just a regular dark matte gray but I had to go with black that doesnt really match by dining table outside. I was not asking for an unusual color. Great customer service from the initial sales man - David Wycoff, to the staff at the warehouse to the delivery process. Kudos to management for hiring great people. Would definitely use Allied Powder again! The furniture turned out beautiful.
