GBI like the results of your work & enjoy… I like the results of your work & enjoy my “new again” patio furniture! Better communication would help to keep your customers updated on when furniture will be finished & update the delivery date. Calls were not returned several times when I called. I realize & know you do other work, but a phone call should be returned even if I am not a commercial customer.

David brought samples to my client's residence so I could select new slings. Dimas was very patient with scheduling, and kept pushing back delivery to give construction more time. GBToo Long for Turnaround: It took too long for my pieces to be… It took too long for my pieces to be returned. There was some searching for pieces and a piece was missing. I sent other items to be powder coated, and I had the same problem again. The gentleman who picked up and delivered the furniture was extremely professional.
