David brought samples to my client's residence so I could select new slings. Dimas was very patient with scheduling, and kept pushing back delivery to give construction more time. GBI was shocked that the Company forgot… I was shocked that the Company forgot to inform me that the fabric did not come in for months . I called weekly to check on order and they kept telling me the items were in production when the fabric wasnt even there. I have done business in the past and my experiences were good. They could have made up for it when I had 2 more pieces there to complete it but it was not rushed to make things better but still waiting for the remainder to e completed.
