Allied made it so easy, the process only took me personally less than an hour total! Making the order, being there for pick up, being there for delivery! Simple! I like the results of your work & enjoy… I like the results of your work & enjoy my “new again” patio furniture! Better communication would help to keep your customers updated on when furniture will be finished & update the delivery date. Calls were not returned several times when I called. I realize & know you do other work, but a phone call should be returned even if I am not a commercial customer.

I was shocked that the Company forgot… I was shocked that the Company forgot to inform me that the fabric did not come in for months . I called weekly to check on order and they kept telling me the items were in production when the fabric wasnt even there. I have done business in the past and my experiences were good. They could have made up for it when I had 2 more pieces there to complete it but it was not rushed to make things better but still waiting for the remainder to e completed.

Dimas was attentive to our needs… Dimas was attentive to our needs (especially delivery) and the guys (and maybe gals) did a great job on the furniture. Would highly recommend, enough so to put a tabletop card promoting them on one of the tables they refinished at the Sugar Land backyard garden tour.

Too Long for Turnaround: It took too long for my pieces to be… It took too long for my pieces to be returned. There was some searching for pieces and a piece was missing. I sent other items to be powder coated, and I had the same problem again. The gentleman who picked up and delivered the furniture was extremely professional.
