GBI would have given a 5 star but was… I would have given a 5 star but was disappointed in the color selection for powder coated chairs. I wanted just a regular dark matte gray but I had to go with black that doesnt really match by dining table outside. I was not asking for an unusual color. Great customer service from the initial sales man - David Wycoff, to the staff at the warehouse to the delivery process. Kudos to management for hiring great people. Would definitely use Allied Powder again! The furniture turned out beautiful.

GBI like the results of your work & enjoy… I like the results of your work & enjoy my “new again” patio furniture! Better communication would help to keep your customers updated on when furniture will be finished & update the delivery date. Calls were not returned several times when I called. I realize & know you do other work, but a phone call should be returned even if I am not a commercial customer.

GBI SO appreciate all the ‘ease’ taken… I SO appreciate all the ‘ease’ taken with getting my outdoor furniture powder coated! Allied made it so easy, the process only took me personally less than an hour total! Making the order, being there for pick up, being there for delivery! Simple! GBEverything was easy Everything was easy. From getting our items delivered to and from Allied. They repaired and replaced and coated. Every piece looks brand new. They looked over each item to ensure it was properly restored. Would highly recommend them!
