USThe wooden nickels are very high… The wooden nickels are very high quality and the color printing is amazing. Everyone loves them. They are perfect to hand out to our museum guest as a memory of their visit. We will order more when we finish handing these out.

USLack of communication, professionalism and honesty. Ordered the product on Oct 27, 2023 and was paid for that day. First response November 7, 2023 Next response November 11, 2023 Reached out November 17th and 21st - response on the 21st stated that all looks good and we can get it done in time for deadline of December 1st. Crickets.... Reached out again November 27th and 28th. Response on the 29th was " We're still having issues with the artwork and will not be able to be the order out in time for the deadline of December 1st. WT...... I didn't take no for an answer and said lets get the artwork figured out and overnight me the product. Luckily he was answering his emails that day. He has no phone number and I had asked him to call me multiple times. My contact info is on every email. I sent more designs and Fred had mentioned that that a logo may not be clear but never mentioned the rest of the lettering and that it may be hard to read. After a lot of stress and patience, I received the product. The lettering that I had was smaller than what you see on a quarter. Matter of fact, I placed a quarter next to the wooden nickel and could read the lettering on the quarter better that the wooden nickel. A little more and collaboration on getting this resolved would have saved me on bigger issues, a ton of time and money. Here’s what Fred's issues caused on my end: The time, money and stress of trying to pull together a design by a certain deadline. He had over 30 days to work on this. Even though Fred advertises free help in designing on the site, all he needed to do was email me in the beginning and refer me to someone else due to some personal issues he was having. I would have understood. This is what gets me the most. I was working with two other companies on this for advertising myself and them. The quality and service affected both of the other business that I was working with as well. They didn’t deserve to have the quality of the nickel compromised. Not only did I offer to both of them to pass on this opportunity for the wooden nickel hand out and just throw the nickels in the garbage, but I also offered to double the amount created with higher quality down the road to make up for the error with another vendor. Luckily, they are friends, and we were able to compromise. When the first batch came off the printer Fred should have stopped, called / emailed / texted me and advised me that you need a magnifying glass to see the letters and that a new design or rewording needed to be done. Surprisingly, he mentioned a logo issue but never mentioned the rest of the verbiage. He obviously knew once I sent the design and he printed the first one that the verbiage was too small, but again I was relying on his expertise. He failed to notify me and mentioned nothing. He just sent them out. So now my creditability with these two friends and clients has been compromised and the perception of the quality of my business is potentially questionable. Fred did reach out after the nickels were sent and the deadline had passed to work on another batch. This was after some discussions about his quality and service. A little too late I'd say. I told him that I will not be taking him up on his offer to recreate the previous order with updated graphic. I can’t take the risk of running into another issue in the future with these clients or any other client that I work with. My reputation and quality of service was compromised and in a round about way so was 2 other business that had nothing to do with it. Find someone that has a conscience and is a professional. Remember, he does not have a phone number on his site and he is inconsistent to respond via email.
