Easy to use First time user. I ordered 20. It can look intimidating. It’s NOT. Took a minute to figure out how to program the color but after that it was easy. Set up, break down was a breeze. I was worried about getting them in time but they promised…and delivered! Thank you. Returns were easy too. Repacking was no problem. We will DEFINITELY use this company next year!

Outstanding customer service! The entire process with Uplight Rentals was amazing! I noticed two days before our event that our original shipment was not going to be delivered until after our event. Uplight Rentals re-routed the original shipment to be returned to them and sent out another shipment that arrived in time. The lights added so much ambiance to our venue and we were very happy with the results. The return was very easy as well. Thank you for providing such amazing customer service! We will certainly be renting from them again.

The lights arrived a day early than promised allowing me time to read through and pre-program everything. Packaging and return shipping provided. Easy to repackage and return at drop off point. Affordable and Easy to Rent Lighting Uplight made it super easy and affordable to rent lights for our wedding. The customer service team was very responsive to questions about the best date to schedule our booking to make sure we got the lights in time for the event and getting extra extension cords. The lights were also perfect for our needs. We had a 30'x50' tent that we lit with 8 strands of globe string lights, and the brightness was perfect! The lights arrived on time and the return was also very easy. The only issue we had was that zip ties were not included in the box so we had to run out and get zip ties at the last minute, but that was minor to us compared to the overall experience.
