CAThank you Justin I met Justin playing soccer and I always admired the way he was concentrated in the game and didn’t let any of the « complainers » get inside his head. I’m one of the older players and I felt that I needed to get stronger physically to keep up with the young guys. I’m very happy I trained with him. He made me realize that taking care of your body and staying in basic shape should be a priority. I still use his training tips on a daily basis for strengthening and to prevent sports injuries.
