Great Experience Working with Tyler I’ve been training with Tyler for a little over 2 months now and within these past 2 months I’ve learned a lot about Nutrition/Health and Fitness. Prior to Tyler, I had really bad eating habits as I ate a lot of processed foods and hardly had an appetite which is something I needed in order to bulk. Tyler provided me with lots of information about the type of foods I should be eating on a daily basis and put me together a meal plan and taught me about high quality foods vs. low quality foods and how they affect my mind and body. My appetite since working with Tyler has grown and I have a lot more energy and a more clear mind ever since being very intentional with my food intake. In the gym, I feel more stronger and I have a lot more confidence that I will reach my Fitness goals as long as I continue to push myself. Thanks to Tyler, I have a solid foundation on Nutrition/ Health and Fitness.

Personal training done right! Tyler is very fun to work with and knowledgeable about personal fitness. I respect his work ethic and has influenced me to work harder on myself. His training has helped me lift weights that I couldn't imagine doing when I started.

Tyler Russell is the best! I am writing this review to share my experience I had with Tyler Russell. I began engaging Tyler’s services in 2021. I weighed approximately 142 pounds. I desperately needed help with my diet and exercise. I also hoped, through the proper diet, to eliminate the medication I was on for chronic heart burn. Tyler created a menu for me which was incredibly easy to follow. I felt more energetic, I did not get bored with the food, and I didn’t have any days where I wanted to “cheat”. More importantly, I was able to stop taking the prescription for heart burn as Tyler’s diet eliminated the heart burn. I also immediately began losing weight. The menu was filling and above all gave me an energy that lasted all day. The work outs he designed for me started out light and as time progressed he increased the reps and weight. I noticed a difference in my physical appearance within a couple of weeks. What I was most impressed with is Tyler’s knowledge of exercise and nutrition. I found Tyler to be very committed to nutrition and exercise. If I had a question that he wasn’t 100 percent sure of the answer, he would read and research and report back to me his findings and recommendations. If you are truly committed to changing your habits and feeling better mentally and physically, I highly recommend Tyler Russell. I can honestly say based on my life experience, there is no one better.

I was lucky to meet Tyler I was lucky to meet Tyler early in my fitness journey for 2024. I have belonged to a gym years ago but only felt comfortable in a class setting. I was intimidated by all the fit young people who, I thought, lived for fitness. I lacked the knowledge and confidence to try weightlifting. Tyler assisted me with the knowledge and showed me how to properly do the exercises, how to lift correctly and challenged my physical strength. Tyler took the time to learn about my fitness desire and what my overall goals concerning my health. He provided me with additional information concerning my food intake (including the importance of protein to my diet) and how this would help or hinder my development. I am truly grateful to have meet Tyler and thankful me shared his vast experiences and knowledge with me to help me improve myself to meet my health and fitness goals.

Excellent training experience. I've been working with Tyler regularly for more than 5 years now. When I started I was unmotivated, sick, and over 330lbs. With Tyler's direction I've lost over 90lbs and feel better than when I was in my 20s. If you want a trainer that will bet you the results you are looking for, and is knowledgeable, dependable, and willing to hold you accountable, Tyler is it. Would highly recommend for all skill levels from those new to those experienced in working out.
