I've only started to take the cbd for sleep last night and i took one of the regular soft gels this morning- but I swear I feel it already! I did wake up refreshed and surprised, and my anxiety levels are totally manageable today. If I get upset or worked up about something I do for a minute, and then I just kinda shrug my shoulders like oh well lol, gotta keep moving forward.
