My order was canceled without… My order was canceled without explanation. After numerous attempts at contacting your company, I had to threaten turning you over to the Better Business Bureau to get not only a response but a refund as well. I will never order from you again and certainly would not recommend you to anyone! I did file a complaint with the BBB.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE The shipping procedures used by this particular company are completely bogus. My package has been 2 hours away from its final destination, for over a week now.. total shipping time as of now has been over two weeks, and I still haven’t received my package. Service is not timely whatsoever. I am very displeased by this inconvenience and will not be ordering from this site EVER AGAIN!!

They have genuinely helped me find the best/most effective supplements to use to reach my body goals. They have very fair prices, making it affordable to everyone. Also, they carry a large variety of items, so you can find anything you want, need, or have been looking for. When you walk into this store, no one stares or judges you, they are ready and excited to share their knowledge to help each and every one of their customers. Received the product I ordered... Received the requested product, normally cheaper than their competitors. Only once did I received the wrong product, I ordered three mandarin orange flavored humapro powder 90 servings size but received two of the orange and one of a funky flavor like rocket pop. It was too late when I discovered the incorrect shipment. Their delivery to Hawaii is normally fast consider we are not us continental. They always seem to have the product in stock, which their competitors did not. Their service and quality have been very good, and would recommend them to others.
