Customer Service not the best! Sad part it I have attempted to reach out to CS several times and I’m not sure they even read an email in its entirety. I have 1 asked for the status and tracking for my order on multiple occasions and the reply I get tells me how to check it on the site. It it was showing anything I would not keep emailing. The customer service is horrible! Still have yet to get a person to confirm if my order is even going to ship which was placed on the 3rd of Sept. Guess this is the sign to cancel my recurring order. I had such high hopes but this is too much.

I ordered vitamin D gummies for myself… I ordered vitamin D gummies for myself and black seed gummies for a friend. They instead sent two black seed gummies to me and never sent anything to my friend. They automatically combined orders even though I never requested for that. I also have low vitamin D and was specifically looking for vitamin D supplements so just to send me 2 bottles of the black seed gummies only was pretty moot. They don’t even respond to support. I would not support this business.
