Very Pleased With The Oxygen Concentrator Store I was already thinking about buying a spare concentrator when you called and offered me a closeout reconditioned one. It was a very good price, so I was glad to buy it that day. I have only used your company for 7 years now for my concentrator needs and have had great service from everyone I have talked to.

I do my research I do my research. Six months from initial contact to purchase. Straight up, very pleased with sales person and purchase. Haven't used service up to this point - new machine. I would like to see the entire POC industry online presence be more up front with pricing. I believe it is a disservice to all sides if pricing research is similar to the used car industry. All providers just put your best price on your sites.

Can’t get the Concentrator to work Can’t get the consentrator to work. We have tried overnight charging, waking machine up, for 3 days now. Battery shows no charge, and the monitor shows 0 charge also. Very disappointed. $2,300.00 is too much money to spend on this non working equipment.
