After that the issue was resolved.

GBCan’t get the Concentrator to work Can’t get the consentrator to work. We have tried overnight charging, waking machine up, for 3 days now. Battery shows no charge, and the monitor shows 0 charge also. Very disappointed. $2,300.00 is too much money to spend on this non working equipment.

GBKim was a big help with returning our… Kim was a big help with returning our concentrator for repair. she then called to tell us what needed to be done and what it would cost. that part was great, sure hope it doesn't take the full 6 weeks stated as possible before return to me. but customer service was great. thank you
