GBKim was a big help with returning our… Kim was a big help with returning our concentrator for repair. she then called to tell us what needed to be done and what it would cost. that part was great, sure hope it doesn't take the full 6 weeks stated as possible before return to me. but customer service was great. thank you

We purchased a Inogen G4 and I love it. Lightweight and easy to take on the go. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a oxygen concentrator.
