The help I received in finding hinges… The help I received in finding hinges that were no longer available for our door was not an easy task. But with everyone’s help the project is now finished and looks great and we can now close our patio door.

Lo quality service/communication I placed my order on 4/18/24 for parts with expedited shipping. I've not received any email updates with a tracking # or nothing indicating when my order will ship etc. I attempted to call on Monday but you don't accept calls per your website, only emails. I sent an email today and included my ph. #. I was called shortly after and was told your inventory was short of my order quantity.. 6 hinges, 2 small mag.door latches. I never received any notification of this situation and pretty certain I wouldn't have had I not inquired. However they have continued to email me with more purchase offers and upselling daily since I've placed my order. B.S. Now they've informed me my parts won't arrive before late next week @ best. Doubt I'll ever order from them again.

Hinges… This is our second order from hinge outlet. The hinges are reasonably priced and they offer the nonstandard type we need for several exterior doors. The first order has been installed. The hinges installed easily and work smoothly. Mark k.
