I ordered a drywall knife and it… I ordered a drywall knife and it shipped bent. I called and they sent one right back out to me in an envelope and needless to say it got bent too.

Took a week to get shipped out after… Took a week to get shipped out after ordering. Meaning, ordered, paid for and took week to ship out and then few days in transit. All in all very close to two weeks.
