GBBad costumer service! We had a bad experience with our last upholstery extractor machine. The equipment broke down while we were working (only 5 months of use), we sent it for technical assistance that UNO Clean itself recommended. They accused us of improper use (we have 2 other machines. We know how to use them), they are charging us a fortune to fix them. uno clean preferred to believe the coach who made a wrong assessment. We will lose the money we paid. The value of the machine was over $500.00.

GBThe company website touted free… The company website touted free shipping. When I got charged shipping, I emailed customer service who indicated it was only on certain items. This was a bit deceiving and cost time and an extra step in ordering. I should have called in my order instead of trying to save time by ordering online! I will say that customer service was very prompt at getting back to me.
