The company website touted free… The company website touted free shipping. When I got charged shipping, I emailed customer service who indicated it was only on certain items. This was a bit deceiving and cost time and an extra step in ordering. I should have called in my order instead of trying to save time by ordering online! I will say that customer service was very prompt at getting back to me.

Seamless Seamless. Online. Unclean sends exactly what they say the will and I always receive it on or before they say I will. My only complaint is I wasn't able to use any promo code. This time I tried to use the code to remove shipping but it wouldn't.

The ordering went smoothly The ordering went smoothly, but my credit card company was concerned for my safety and blocked the transaction. This was followed by a phone call from cc company for follow up, and an email from UnoClean and all were resolved quickly and smoothly.
